  • What are the monthly Condo Owners Association (COA) dues?

    One bedroom one bath is $595.70 a month

    Two bedroom two bath is $792.85 a month

  • What is included in COA dues?

    Water, sewer, trash and common area landscaping, pool maintenance insurance from studs out, and flood insurance. Please see budget and COA docs for additional details.

  • Is flood insurance required?

    Yes. It is part of the COA dues.

  • Is there an established COA Board?

    Yes, there is an established board.

  • How many parking spaces come with each condo?

    Parking is not currently assigned, but there is at least one available spot per condo. Guest parking is first come first serve.

  • Are there any restrictions regarding pets?

    Two domestic pets per condo are allowed.

  • Are short term rentals allowed?

    Yes, the COA allows for them and so does the city of Gulfport, we encourage Buyers to verify all information with City Zoning and Guidelines.
